We hold a Real Estate Trade Licence, and all the property, sales and regulatory training we received within Altın Emlak is certified. We inspect every parcel in our portfolio on site and share its zoning status, road frontage and title record in writing before the sale. The deed transfer, the fee calculation and the utility subscriptions are all followed through by us.
